How To Initiate the Tailoring Process?
When in Bangkok, contact us to schedule an appointment or walk into our shop for a consultation. Our expert tailors guide you through style and fabric selection, measurements, fittings, and deliver your final garment in 1-2 days. Express orders can be shipped within 1-2 days with higher shipping fees.
What is the Turnaround Time?
Crafting a tailored suit takes about 5-6 business days, while shirts require 2-3 business days. Express orders ship within 1-2 days. Production starts upon full payment, tailor acceptance of measurements, and fabric availability.
What Are The Prices for Your Garments?
Shirts range from USD 40–100, suits from USD 180–400, and dresses from USD 150–220, depending on fabric choices.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Online payments can be conducted via our website, while in-store orders accept credit cards, cash (Thai Baht, Euros, GBP, USD, CAD, SGD, AUD), with a non-refundable 50% deposit.
How To Care For Bespoke Garments?
Specific care instructions for suits, shirts, and chinos ensure their longevity, including cleaning methods and storage recommendations.
Can I Recieve Fabric Samples?
While we don’t provide fabric samples, explore our website for featured fabrics or visit our Bangkok store during trunk shows for a firsthand experience.
What If My Garments Are Damaged On Delivery?
Notify us of damages within seven days, but note that damages from wear and tear or accidents are not covered.
Can You Replicate An existing Suit?
Yes, our skilled tailors can replicate the fit of your existing suit based on specific measurements and preferences.
Can I provide My Fabrics For A Suit?
Certainly! Bring your own fabric, ensuring it’s sufficient, though we’re not responsible for additional fabric requirements.
Do You Craft Dresses?

Do You Retain Customer's Measurements?
After the final fitting, we store your measurements and paper pattern for future orders, provided your sizes remain unchanged.
What Are The Measurement Allowances?
Our international standard allowances vary for different garment types but typically stand at (+/-) 2.0 cm total circumference.
Can My Suit Be Adjusted If My Weight Changes?
Yes, our garments provide extra seam allowance, and we offer complimentary alterations for six months post-delivery.
Should I Worry About Shrinkage?
No, as most fabrics are pre-shrunk, complying with ITF standards. Some fabrics may have a 3-5% shrinkage, considered during the construction process.
What is Your Refund Policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, full refunds are not provided. However, customer satisfaction remains our priority.
